Études structure/fonction des métalloprotéines, principalement les oxydes nitriques synthases humaines et bactériennes. Les mécanismes de catalyse enzymatique et de régulation sont étudiés à l'aide d'outils spécialisés pour identifier en temps réel les intermédiaires réactionnels produits par ces enzymes et les caractériser au niveau structural par spectroscopie Raman.
